We are Structural Peer Review Specialists providing PS2 for the design review. TGL provides constructing monitoring for assessment and certification of structural elements on site. Specifically, we review individual items such as footings, slabs, piling, piers associated reinforcement, precast and steel structure construction. We specialized in dealing with Local Councils. We can therefore help to process Building Consent Applications quickly. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the New Zealand Building Act and the Building Consent Application processes, and we can issue PS1, PS2 & PS4 Producer Statements. Our services include:
